Outdoor Parties

We will do outside parties however we have stipulations to ensure picture quality and the safety of our performers and costumes.

The host will be responsible for finding a new indoor location in the event that there is unacceptable weather. Characters are not allowed to be outside in the rain, extremely windy days, or weather which is above 85 degrees without some form of shade.

If you are having an outdoor party please have an shaded area where the characters can interact with the children to protect them from the sun. It is also suggested that you use a shaded area for pictures as the bright sun will cause squinty princesses.

 

Severe weather 

In the event that there is severe weather and traveling to your event will put our performers at risk we have the right to cancel your party. We will let you know as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund. Severe weather includes tornado watch, warning, flooding, and extreme thunderstorms.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking you may get a refund if you inform us at least 7 days before your event minus a $30 booking fee.  If you need to cancel within 7 days, then you will only be able to receive 50% back if you paid in full to book. If you cancel your event or if there are important changes (time/location) and you would like to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Any date changes within a 7 day period will be subject to a $20 rescheduling fee.

Other Fees

Clients are responsible for any parking fees.  If you are outside our service area travel fees apply.
