Q: How far in advance should I book an event with a character?

  • A: The sooner you book the better! We recommend booking your party at least 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your date and time.

Q: How do we pay and confirm a booking?

  • A: We require a deposit or a full payment to confirm your event date and time. Invoices will be sent to your email via Paypay (as of 1/1/2020). If you would like to pay just a deposit then the remaining balance is due on the day of IN CASH to the performer. 

 

Q: Do you offer discounts on your packages?

  • A: We sure do! Follow us on our Facebook page to be informed of our latest deals and discounts!

 

Q: Can I have the party outside?

  • A: If the weather permits. We do ask that on sunny days a shaded spot is provided to protect our performers from the heat and sun. However an inside location must be available in the case of rain and we do not do outdoor parties in weather under 60 degrees.

 

Q: Can the characters do activities other than what is included in the package?

  • A: Definitely! If you have something you would like the characters to do, contact us prior to your party and we are more than happy to work with you!

 

Q: Is there a limit to the number of children I can have at my party?

  • A: Of course not! Just be sure to let us know so our performers can come prepared. And if you expect a lot of child guests and are getting additional activities like face painting you may want to have a character assistant to make sure your character has time to play games and do other activities. We do suggest to get a second character if you have more than 10 children that way everyone gets a chance to share a magical moment.

 

Q: I have boys attending my princess party. Will they enjoy the character(s)?

  • A: Even boys love meeting our princess characters and have fun joining in on our wide variety of games.

              

Q: What if something happens to the performer and she can no longer come to my party?

  • A: If something happens that prevents our performers from coming to your party you will receive a full refund for your character booking.

 

Q: Is tipping required?

  • A:  Of course not, however tips are always appreciated if you enjoyed your performer.

 

Q: Do I have to provide the characters with anything?

  • A: No need! Our performers come prepared with anything they may need including signature cards, music, and games! You just need to provide the children and a place where the performers can easily interact with them.

 

Q: Can I request a specific performer?

  • A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a particular performer. If for some reason the original performer cannot make it to your event we may send a back up performer. Please see our cast list to check out our current cast members.

Q: Can the princesses sing at events? 

  • A: Yes! All of our princess characters come ready with music to sing at events. 

 

Q: Do the mascot characters talk? 

  • A: Mascot character communicate through miming not speaking, but rest assured the kids still love it!
